When I first saw the new Chanel nail polish, Elixir, I immediately thought it looked liked a mini bottle of a milk-strawberry drink. I love that drink that reminds me of my childhood snacks at my grandparent's house. This color is delightfully pretty, feminine and pretty bright for this fall. But to intensify this milky effect, nothing better than the Milky top coat from L'Oreal. I tried lots of top coats in the past, and it seems to be the only one that works for me. It provides as well a great shine effect to the nails, it also looks good on bare nails. (Apply it everyday for an extra shine).
